Destination Plymouth is seeking to appoint an experienced design company to work with on key thematic campaigns throughout 2013,14 and 15 showcasing the very best product and variety that Plymouth has to offer
Plymouth has a fantastic history of hosting world class events and 2013 is no different. With the bidding process underway towards becoming City of Culture in 2017 and with 2020 and the Mayflower 400 celebrations only 7 years away, there has never been such drive and enthusiasm to be part of the team working to deliver the visions of the Plymouth Visitor Plan.
Working in Partnership with Plymouth City Council, The Plymouth Waterfront Partnership and the Plymouth City Centre company, Plymouth (Destination Plymouth) now has a single resource to deliver and market Plymouth’s events and visitor economy and to build an identity for Plymouth as ‘Britain’s Ocean city’.
Destination Plymouth Chief Executive Amanda Lumley said "Based around our new branding, Plymouth. Britain's Ocean City, we are looking for an experienced design company to work with us to really help shape the visual identity of our fantastic city and showcase the very best product and variety that Plymouth has to offer."
Deadline for submission is Friday 19 April at 5pm (Please note deadline has been extented to the 19th April at 5pm).
